Sales Executive

This non for profit organisation is funded by the generous support of their listeners and they are looking for a talented and committed Sales Executive to join their family orientated sales team, who work hard to achieve great results for their clients. We are looking for someone with a proven track record as an effective and successful sales person to assist with the planning, development and implementation of strategies through raising paid sponsorship.

The role:

• Represent the organisation to prospective sponsor clients
• Identify sales opportunities in key demographics
• Build rapport and regular call cycles with new and existing clients
• Plan develop and implement promotional campaigns
• Tailor sponsorship packages to meet client needs
• Achieve monthly budgets, sales targets and reports

You will possess:

• Ability to communicate with people at all levels
• Professional presentation and high attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Be reliable and self motivated
• Passionate about making a difference
• Intermediate MS Office skills
• Tertiary qualifications or sales experience in Non for Profit would be highly desirable

To succeed in this role you will also be required to demonstrate:

• Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of the business
• Proven experience and track record in sales
• Proven record and ability to initiate new sales
• High level of relationship building and negotiation skills
• Ability to maintain sales records and activity
